قصة الفيلم :
تدور أحداث الفيلم حول رجل أعمال يدعى "محسن هنداوى" ، و هو شخص شهير في المُجتمع ، و له نفوذه الإقتصادي و السياسي الكبير ، و لكنه يتعثر مادياً ، تأثراً بالأزمة الإقتصادية التي تُصيب العالم بالشلل ، و لا يستطيع أن يُسدد ديونه للبنوك .. في الوقت نفسه هناك سيدة أعمال تُدعى "مهجة" ، تتعثر هي الأخرى مالياً ، و لذلك تتحد مع رجل الأعمال ، بعدما تلاقت مَصلحتهما ، و يُحاولان معاً الخروج من هذا المأزق .
